Why are you including specific components? How will you facilitate the training session?

In Unit III, you developed an outline for a professional development training, and in Unit IV, you expanded on that plan.
For Unit V, you will finalize your training by developing a full day workshop for educators, documenting how the activities
maximize the learning for each participant by using the skills and tools you have learned.
Using the information you gathered from Unit IV, finalize your outline from Unit III. Add more information into your plan to
make the flow of the training more clear. You may add your revisions directly onto the outline you submitted for Unit III. EDU 5100, Personal Leadership Skills and Team Building 7
Consider how you would structure the training by including details, such as:
• who is on the team,
• time spent on each agenda item,
• ground rules,
• ice breaker,
• intended outcome for the day,
• community-building activities,
• the content, and
• how you plan to get feedback about the day from participants.
Once you have finalized your training, write a two-page (minimum) essay, justifying each of the components of the day
you have planned. Your essay should address the following:
• Why are you including specific components? How will you facilitate the training session?
• How will you know they have internalized the content you presented?
• How much group participation will take place, and how will you stimulate that input/participation?
• What does this training say about you and your leadership style?
Please submit both your final training outline and your essay in one Word document. Outside sources are not a
requirement for this assignment, but if you choose to use them, they must be cited and referenced appropriately.
