Review the social media accounts of your favorite athlete or team and identify a pattern of negative comments or a negative or controversial trending topic or hashtag.
How did the athlete or team handle the negative feedback from social media followers?
Provide a description of the ways in which you would handle the situation, if you were in charge of the organization or athlete’s social media.
Record your findings and your ideas for handling the negative or controversial situation.
