Your final project will ask you to select a topic in which you have a personal interest and that relates to legal issues in your chosen profession( I work at Morgan Stanley). The
topic you ultimately choose may be related to what you share in your Week 1 Written Response (I talked about legal issues un finance). Your discussion of this topic
should effectively utilize assigned course readings and resources, relevant news articles and legal cases, and other appropriate

sources of support and information. Please be sure to contact your instructor as soon as possible if have difficulty selecting a
topic, or if you have questions about whether the topic you have selected is appropriate for this assignment.
The first part of your project will be in the form of an 8-page paper (content only) that thoroughly addresses each of the
elements below. Your discussion must also effectively utilize information obtained from no fewer than five scholarly
resources (print/online) that are properly cited within the text and included in the list of references.

Your paper must be properly formatted according to current APA style guidelines and include a title page and list of references
(does not count towards minimum requirement for length). Properly formatted headers must also be utilized for each section
of the paper.
