Multiple approaches to (civil) law are possible, including (but not limited to) gender perspectives, intradisciplinary and interdisciplinary research, (critical) legal theory, and approaches pertaining to the sustainable development goals and/or social justice. You submit a Phd proposal (in Dutch or English) that is in line with the content of of the research programme of the Research group Personal Rights & Property Rights. This proposal of maximum 3 pages includes the following headings: ‘state of the art’, ‘research objectives’, ‘methodology’ and ‘bibliography’. You pay attention to the international/comparative law dimension of your subject.
