2. Select two of the factors and provide a real-life example of how you might apply these principles in your professional life.
3. Explain what Cialdini means when he states, “Playing the ‘because I’m the boss’ card is out.” How does this statement relate to Hill and Lineback’s article I’m the Boss, or any other related readings?
