Explain why the topic is considered a serious issue and why it relates to the importance of understanding social diversity in society. Provide research within the past 5 years (by using our text book and other academic sources). Some areas to discuss and consider: Discuss why this topic is such a serious issue, as it relates to the need for social diversity in the work place- what do the professionals, experts, researchers say about this issue? What specific population (by age, race, social class, geograpy or gender), does this issue/topic affect the most and why? (0-30 points)
