To complete this assignment, read chapters 1, 6, 7, 10, along with article “Workplave Diversity” (link below). Please keep in mind that it is not an exercise in summarizing the readings. Summaries will get a lower grade. Discuss your thoughts on the readings, including general themes, disagreements, and any insights you glean from the reading that can be applied to current events. I am not looking for an outline of the reading.
The blog MUST address the following questions:
Identify 2 major themes from the readings you picked. Describe them.
What 2 concepts/ideas/arguments/ from the readings would you challenge? Explain how and why.
Identify and describe 2 implications from the readings for public organization employees.

Format Instructions:
The blog should be between 400-500 words (no less than 400, no more than 500). Please include the word count at the end of the blog.
At least 5 of the required readings from modules 1 and 2 should be cited in the assignment. You can substitute one of the required readings for one of the optional readings if you like.
All the citations and the references in the reference list should be in APA.
