You will complete 2 Case Studies in this course. Each case study must be at least 3 pages and use current Bluebook format. The length requirements mean that most of the final page must be completed as a few lines on the last page of your case study will be insufficient to count as the final page. In addition, there should be 2 outside references to scholarly sources besides the textbook for each case study. The Bible will suffice as onesource. Wikipedia will not be considered as an acceptable scholarly resource.
CASE STUDY:
Briefly describe the case of Planned Parenthood of Southeast Pennsylvania v Casey, text page 459–465. In your case study, explain the important aspects of this case from the perspective of each group of justices’ opinions. Demonstrate how the justices used “privacy” in the Constitution and how its understanding has caused a difference in opinions.
