Comparative study of project management methods and development of a method selection model for ict projects (172233)

the initial part of the introduction has been approved by the teacher as a structure but needs more information on all the methodologies. As far as the table of contents is concerned, it is relatively sketchy, more things can be added but with this `philosophy`. We comment and present as many PM methods as possible, but in the end we are mainly interested in those that can support ICT tools. In the introduction there should be a commentary on the AHP method, in the practical part of the paper there will be interviews (which I will do after the professor approves the theoretical part). The results of the interviews will be analysed using this method. There is a lot of literature that I can send, the professor mainly wants articles. The delivery date is for the first part, which is essentially the theory.
The thesis entitled “Comparative study of Project Management methods and development of a method selection model for ICT projects” will study the various modern methodologies followed in the field of project management (waterfall, agile, scrum etc. ) and will carry out a hierarchy of the importance of the selection criteria of these methods in order to create a model for the selection of the optimal project management method in the ICT sector.
Initially, through an extensive literature review, the modern methodologies applied today by project managers (PMOs), their characteristics, the advantages/disadvantages of each methodology and finally the areas/sectors/disciplines where they are selected and applied extensively based on these characteristics will be presented. Greater emphasis will be placed on the methodologies preferred in ICT projects.
Then, for the practical part of the work, discussions will be held with the
