Student Success Assignment- available to begin now, but you cannot upload anything until the next listing for this assignment, around 13% of the way through the term.
This student success assignment is a self-study to identify your strengths and weaknesses as a student..
All students enrolled in my classes have to complete this once every 13 months.
Each item needs to be filled out/completed, saved and then all of them need to be uploaded during the assigned open window of time .
This announcement is to get you started, but the actual due date is in the third week module. You cannot upload/turn in this assignment until that time!
Only .doc, .docx, and .pdf file types can be uploaded.
If you have an apple computer, using apple pages, save in one of the above formats.
GoogleDocs is supposed to allow saving in .pdf format.
I will not convert documents into one of these formats.
There are free software options for you to write/save documents that are linked in the course materials provided, so my restriction to the above formats is not a barrier- but a funnel. Links to these programs have been provided in the instructor provided resources.
If you have questions regarding format, re-read the syllabus and other course documents.
The student success assignment is as follows, and reading the following will allow links to work.
Student Success Assignment
For: Prof. Stratton’s History Courses
Due: See Syllabus for this course.
This assignment is required at the beginning of the semester to try to aid all students in performing to the best of their abilities or surpass them. It will help you in ALL classes, not just my history courses. Therefore, it is in every student’s best interest to complete these assignments. In addition, it is part of the grading criteria.
ALL Students must complete the following assignment and turn in copies of the required printed pages at the time specified in the Syllabus. EVERYTHING must be turned in at the same time, and it will ALL be returned to you, so that you can use the materials throughout the semester.
Online Classes must have all documents uploaded to Canvas. This means you will need to be able to ‘print screen’ or ‘cut/paste’ onto a word document, save it, and upload it.
