You want the members of your program team to use risk management tools and processes in a rigorous and routine manner.

Define a template or model of a program-level risk management plan or directive. At a minimum, your outline template or model of a program-level risk management plan or directive should address the following elements:

Define a program-level risk management process. Identify responsibilities and roles of key personnel
Specify tools that will be employed for risk identification. At least 3 pertinent tools must be specified, and the context for their usage should be explained.
Discuss tools that will be employed for quantifying risk. At least 2 pertinent tools must be specified, and the context for their usage should be explained. One of the tools should be qualitative in nature, and one of the tools should be quantitative in nature.
Define response strategies that will be employed by the program.
Define the process or mechanism for reporting and monitoring risk in the program.
Be sure to address the following in your template or model:
