Each week we will cover multiple chapters, and questions will be posted on Canvas regarding each theme’s readings. You will submit your reply (2-3 paragraphs) by Sunday evening of each week for each chapter.
These are think pieces; there are no right or wrong answers. I want you to think about the questions and be thoughtful and critical in your responses.
You need to submit at least 2-3 paragraph answers for each assignment. I’ve attached an example of a response that would garner full points so you understand what I’m looking for. (Please see the attached file)
Assignment Prompt:
Do you think the criminal justice system is biased? If so, how? (and please give specifics). What do you see as the biggest problem with our incarceration system in the US? Finally, do you feel the goal is to rehabilitate prisoners or just to lock them up?
