4. Why do you think it is important to know as much as possible about who the inmate was prior to prison? Will it effect the individuals’ reentry plan you create?

5. Is there a particular offender/crime that you feel you could not be unbiased about when creating a reentry plan? For example, there is a specific offense/offender that I know I could not remained unbiased about. I am just not that evolved as a human yet and I take full ownership of that. Do you have these same biases? How might this affect your work in reentry?
