Bailey Construction is the business I chose for my marketing plan project. It is a small hometown construction company owned and operated by two brothers. Their primary concentration is on constructing family houses from the ground up. Their goal is to supply customers with high-quality and affordable services, all while ensuring that they are completely satisfied with the work done. In addition to delivering excellent customer service, one of their primary goals is to provide the highest quality materials and craftsmanship possible. I chose this company because it is owned by 2 brothers, and they have never done any kind of marketing. Although they have stayed busy and have a waiting list of custom builds, I feel a marketing plan will take the business further outside of one county.
