This is the topic of the speech I have to write:
How a proposed plan for land reform will impact Mexico’s financial stability. You are in charge of the finances of Mexico. You need to look at the proposals put forward by the various revolutionary forces and foreigners on land reform and pick one (or create a compromise between them) that will best secure Mexico’s financial stability and continued prosperity. Examine each proposal through a positivist and/or Social Darwinist lens. In the speech on your findings, be sure to argue for the importance of agrarian credit. You need to support your decision to back a particular land reform proposal through a close analysis of the sources. Cite your sources in the paper and refer to them in the speech.
