Conflict is often inevitable in the employment relationship context therefore the resolution of this has become an important managerial skills.

1) Analyze the concept of conflict in different perspectives, i.e. are the old and new ones different, are they focused on dysfunctional rather than giving a positive angle etc. You are required to review about 12 academic journals and provide 4 specific perspectives, analyse the wording and differences of these 4 specific perspectives in conflict.

2) Analyze why conflict is deemed inevitable in the employment relationship context and discuss the relevant pluralist perspective that supports the argument.

3) Evaluate and discuss the role of natural justice in disciplinary procedures in order to prevent conflict.

All questions carry equal weightage. The essay is worth 100% of the module mark.
