Recovery Interview

This paper is based off an interview from someone who is currently in substance use recovery:
Recovery Interview/Presentation- SAMHSA’s definition of recovery is as follows- A process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and strive to reach their full potential (SAMHSA, 2021). This assignment involves the student interviewing an individual who self-identifies being in recovery from alcohol and/or drugs. The individual should consent to the interview and be de-identified in the paper. I have attached the complete inteview including the questions and a description of what was needed from the interviewee, the underlined text needs to be the heading of each section of the paper. Each section should feed off the interviewers answers and sourses should
back up the descriptions of each section.
