Activity 1:
In APA format, discuss:
The issues in the case study surrounding the current specialty of the clinic
Analyze the current patient population (clients) of the clinic.
What are the specific needs of this population?
What is the socio-economic situation of these patients?
Analyze if the current specialties are meeting the needs of the patient population they serve. If so how? If not how are they not?
Is the clinic meeting both their needs and their patients needs? What are some ways the clinic could improve to meet their needs financially while meeting their patients needs for care?

Activity 2:
Identify the issues in the case study surrounding the clients of the clinic or the clients the clinic wishes to attract and analyze why they are problems.
Activity 3: Project Assignment
Project Assignments are not to be turned in for a grade weekly. They are to be worked on and completed weekly however to keep you on track for your final project.
Work on determining the specialization of the proposed redesigned/designed clinic. Be specific and provide support for why this is your choice. Describe the demographics of proposed clients. Explain why this was chosen and give details on socio-economic groups, diversity, specialty needs of this population, other specifics. Go back to what you learned in the Task such as patient centered care to help you decide what you will focus on in your health center.
