Let’s pretend you are a small business owner. You run a mom-and-pop sandwich shop. You operate your business yourself, with the help of your spouse and two other employees. With increasing business you now need an additional employee to help cover shifts. Your employees are expected to take orders from customers, prepare their food, and function as a cashier transferring payment and change.
