Hello everyone!
I am Teresa Morris, an active-duty Air Force member who has served for 18 years. My career field is in administration. Due to the many changes in my field over the years, I have obtained skills in solving everyday end-user computer and printer errors as a client support administrator. Additionally, due to my clearance level, I have been fortunate to tap into some classified military programs to expand my personnel, security, physical security, industrial security, and information security profile. Lastly, my skills as a senior leader in the administrative career field has given me the keen ability to operate in highly stressful positions, successfully juggle more than one task at a time, solve complex problems swiftly, utilize my resources advantageously, and consistently motivate my people to get the job done. By the same token, one of the improvements I can work on is delegating tasks, as sometimes I feel that I can do a lot myself and not pawn it off on others when they are there to help me.
If an opportunity for selection as a team leader arises, I would be an excellent international team leader for Learn E-Now because I have a wealth of experience in close training, communicating, and working with diverse crowds in different countries worldwide as an active duty military member. Moreover, I now have abundant experience in utilizing platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom to communicate, train, and collaborate with teams worldwide now more than ever since COVID-19 shut down the world and changed how organizations conduct business. We had to find ways to complete the mission despite being unable to be in the office daily physically.
