For this assignment, you will write a short paper proposal in which you set forth:
1. Your thesis statement: What is the topic you are going to be writing about and what questions will you ask?
2. What scholarly context will you be placing your topic in? How has the topic been approached in the past and how will your approach be different?
3. How will you be investigating your topic?
4. What conclusions do you think you will make? Please be aware that your conclusions will change the more you research your topic. This is, after all, a proposal.
This paper proposal should be one page in length (approximately 300 words).
