Psychological Disorder Diagnosis and Treatment Paper
You will look up any psychological disorder (i.e. depression, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, ADHD, ASD, DID, etc) and you will write a paper which you will use diagnostic criteria to assess the level of functioning for any individual character within a movie. YES ANY MOVIE OR TV SHOW OR BOOK/COMIC BOOK! You will then discuss treatments that have been shown to be successful within that specific disorder and your suggestion based on the research and course work as to what specifically works with clients. This should be a really fun project and I look forward to reading some of these papers!
The paper will be 3-5 pages and use at least one secondary source (such as a research article) for your paper.
I will accept APA format (which I will have a video for you) or MLA formatting for the paper.
The following guidelines apply to the reaction papers:
• 12 point Times New Roman font and 1 inch margins
• 2 pages double-spaced MINIMUM. FYI, a half of a page is not considered one page.
