Imagine that you are employee at Ooredoo Group HR and you were looking at all the OpCo’s (Ooredoo Group – Ooredoo Qatar – Ooredoo Kuwait – Ooredoo Iraq Asiacell-– Ooredoo Tunisia – Ooredoo Maldives – Indosat- Ooredoo Palestine) career website page and their EVP Employee Value Proposition, were new candidates could apply to work at Ooredoo.
Then you looked to Ooredoo Competitors EVP(Vodafone – ZAIN)
And then you looked to big companies EVP (NIKE – UNILEVER)
You find out that Ooredoo Group and the OpCo’s does not have strong EVP and not a very creative and innovative websites to attract the best talent to join the company.
you need to do presentation for top management telling them about EVP and compare to other and what we can do better. and why is ot the time to change
