describe how identities (i.e. religious, gender, ethnic, racial, class, sexual orientation, disability, and/or age) are shaped by cultural and societal influences in contexts of equality and inequality;
describe historical, social, political, and economic processes producing diversity, equality, and structured inequalities in the U.S.;
describe social actions which have led to greater equality and social justice in the U.S. (i.e. religious, gender, ethnic, racial, class, sexual orientation, disability, and/or age);

Which readings should you focus on? That is completely up to you but do try to weave in at least 3. My preference is the quality of how you are (and have been) engaging with the material. You can decide which readings to focus on here.

Are you connecting to the readings and citing them? (quality of connection vs quantity of citations is what counts)
