Paper must be in post graduate level. Includes a brief introduction, conclusion and recommendation. There are two tasks that must be addressed in the paper. Task 1: Depersonalized leadership: Critical Incident Analysis and reflection of leadership from an individual and socio-cultural perspective. Task 2: Critical analysis on school’s improvement and effectiveness in terms of its validation and potential to realise educational purpose and public value.
