Students will complete a paper in which they completely design an intervention for their present organization (FedEx). The
paper should be a minimum of 10-15 pages in length (excluding the cover sheet and bibliography pages).
This paper must identify a problem: FedEx’s vulnerability to global economic conditions and the external factors affecting
shipping demands.
State a goal: Implement change management to assist FedEx in better competing with UPS
Include how metrics, assessment and feedback would be handled, and cover the intervention (change process) from start to finish. The paper will be written in APA format. It needs a sufficient number of sources, which should be sources not covered in the course (i.e., not the textbook). The paper will be double-spaced, typed using Courier New font (12 point), with one-inch margins. The paper will contain a title page, an outline, and a bibliography.
