It dictates providers scope of practice, licensing procedures, reimbursement as well as influences social structures that impact individuals access to healthcare services. What current or past bill OTHER THAN THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT has impacted healthcare disparities and/or cultural competence in healthcare?
You get to decide how you want to answer by creating a thesis statement and providing reasons why. These reasons why need to be supported by references, preferably scholarly books, and journal article.

Body or Actual Paper (3 pages)
This should include an introduction paragraph, conclusion and at least 3 body paragraphs.
Introduction paragraph should have your thesis statement at the end of the introduction paragraph.
Each paragraph should include a clear topic sentence and conclusion/transition sentence.
Each body paragraph should discuss one topic that relates to your thesis.
Use citations in your body paragraphs to support the claims made in your paper.

Use at least 2 scholarly books or journals
