1) Question for Sarah Serralta- You mentioned you sometimes need to have contract or freelancers come in to cover some cases and they do not have the access to chart. Do you have the ability to follow up with them so you can chart and put the information into the EMR system for them, or once they are done for the day, does that mean that patient does not get any notes charted?
Question for Dr. Kate Dunkley – You mentioned this is an outpatient clinic. Are your patients primarily referrals or do you also treat walk-in or emergency type patients?
Question for Jennifer Zasimovitch – Is cleaning out a person’s mouth always part of therapy for swallowing? Is it mostly sanitizing and brushing to remove bacteria?
