Question
The Remote Workplace – The recent pandemic accelerated a trend towards working remotely, instead of from a centralized office environment. Are employees able to be productive when they were required to work remotely? If yes, what were some measures that helped? If not, what were the reasons? For a recent graduate looking for a job in a field where remote work was compatible with productivity, what does the hiring process look like now? How is it different from a traditional, pre-COVID process?
