birth. E.g.
o Post-natal depression,
o Contraception,
o Exercise and diet support,
o Medical care following a caesarean section,
o Developing a new social network.
Explain giving positives the importance of post-natal care for mothers.
Outline the negative impacts if the post-natal care is not sort after.
