You may choose a leadership style from the list below and study the traits of this style. Write a 1-2 page summary of the style in your own words. (What is the style? What are the traits? Strengths, Weaknesses?) Next, write an annotated bibliography using six scholarly articles related to your chosen style. For each scholarly article, you will summarize the article, relate it to your style and evaluate the article. Use APA format. Paper should be at least 8 pages total but normally these average about 10 pages. The paper should be completed individually; however, you may choose to write your paper on the same style as you are assigned to present if you’d like.
