Design a training program on email etiquette.

Mr. Adams is waiting for your training course outline. He is growing impatient because he received an email of inappropriate jokes that the research staff are sharing with each other. He is very anxious to implement the policy to stop all this nonsense. He believes he must require every employee to attend a training program on the new policy before he implements it.

Mr. Adams wants your training outline to include at least the following:

What is the learning objective for the training?
What content will be covered?
How will the trainer deliver the content? Lecture? Role plays?
What materials will the trainer need? Example: Projector? Snacks?
What materials will the trainer need to create? Example: printed copies of policy, slide deck?
How many employees will attend each session?
Where will the training sessions be held?
How will the room be arranged?
How long will the training session be?
How will you evaluate whether or not the trainer was successful in meeting the training objective?
On his way out of the office, Mr. Adams reminded you, in a stern voice, (he’s still upset about those jokes!) that he will not tolerate copying someone else’s training program, although he is open to you using other training programs as a guide to make sure you include everything; if you do use someone else’s training as a guide, he wants to know who the training belongs to.
