You are expected to build a centralized cryptocurrency exchange. The exchange should support fiat payment, Bitcoin, Ethereum and Dogecoin.
You can choose the programming language that best suit you. Make sure you use cryptocurrency in testnet, not mainnet. To simulate fiat payment, use the sandbox provided by common payment gateways such as Braintree or Paypal.
