Explanations of crime

1-The government decides to eliminate a large part of the “dark figure of crime” by implanting microscopic cameras into the eyes of all Canadians. These cameras maintain a constant wireless link to a government hard drive and can be turned on or off at any time. What limitations should such cameras have? Should a person’s video-stream only be recorded when their arousal level (adrenaline levels, heart rate, etc.) of the person reaches a critical threshold? When should the video be made available to police departments, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and statisticians? And what blind spots will this new form of crime statistics have? 1 page
