What are key areas that you think might be critical to a successful business transaction there?

What are key areas that you think might be critical to a successful business transaction there? What are
some of the issues with respect to decision making, leadership, legalities and contracts, “saving face”,
hierarchical relationships, negotiations and so on. How would you manage workers in that country.
What motivates workers? Individual achievement or group achievement? How would you delegate
authority and responsibility? Can you empower lower level employees to make their own decisions? Or
do you need to give them specific tasks and watch them closely to assure that they are doing it the way
you want them to??
