Write a safety policy statement and a safety vision statement for a high-risk activity (AVIATION) . I want you to know this activity well, so you are better able to write about it. This first assignment will require you to write a Safety Policy for your activity (this should take about 1 page). Describe your ‘compelling vision’ for your organization, safety and overall. Then develop a plan toward how to begin building a positive safety culture. Ensure you pay attention to the five main aspects of a positive safety culture in your PPT lesson. How would you work to make your employees feel safe under your leadership? How would that reflect in policy?
