What would be methods for citizens to engage with your idealized Texas government?

This is the second major essay toward your ideal government project.

Instructions:

In a two page minimum, MLA formatted paper you are to discuss the core basic concepts that will serve as the foundation for your idea government.

This essay is to answer the following questions:

(25 points) Given that your ideal government is to have elections of some kind, would you impose term limits for elected officials? Why or why not? Would it depend on the branch of government the elected officials are a part of?
(25 points) How would elections & voting be conducted in your new Texas government? Please describe your electoral system and processes.
(25 points) Does your ideal Texas government allow for political parties? Does it allow for interest groups? Would these be regulated? Explain your reasoning.
(20 points) What would be methods for citizens to engage with your idealized Texas government?
(5 points) Make sure you follow proper assignment guidelines by answering all questions and following proper formatting. Spelling/ grammar are accounted for.
As you answer these four questions, you are to reflect on how our current Texas government exhibits these characteristics and use them as a roadmap to either strengthen, re-vamp, or abolish them with creating your ideal government. Be sure to explain your reasoning with each answer.

You do not have to draw upon what you wrote in essay 0 if you do not want to. But, you should be drawing upon what you’ve established in essay 1.

Points will be deducted for not answering all parts of the questions, improper formatting, and/ or falling below page length requirements.
