What would be a disease in which you would teach a client to seek CAM?

Many are using complimentary and alternative medicine to help with prevention and disease management (CAM). What would be a disease in which you would teach a client to seek CAM? Why did you chose this disease? How and what CAM will help a client with this disease? What considerations would you make to a client who is using this CAM (for example, can it increase bleeding)?
