Academic research on topic (i.e., What does the literature say about the topic/issue? What factors influence the topic/issue?)

Implications of your research for public administration
Recommendations to policymakers and/or public administrators

9. Grades will be determined by strength of arguments, accuracy of information, presentation, grammar, clarity of the paper, and professional look. In addition, students must pay special attention to typographical errors/sloppy mistakes, must not use contractions ( can’t ), and should limit direct quotes to 10% or less of the entirety of the paper.
