Describe your opinion on computerization health records. What is the difference between an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Health Records (EHR)? What are the pros and cons associated with computerized records? Be sure to back up your argument using material you have learned in the modules over the course of the semester. We don’t have a chapter on medical records alone, but many aspects of our healthcare system rely on medical records. They provide a method of coordination. Are they helping coordinate care among healthcare professionals or slowing down coordination? Be specific.

What are the benefits and drawbacks of the options associated with your topic?
