How do agents navigate the competitive landscape of the film industry in an actor’s early career?

Pretty much how an agent can make an actor successful.

So try to make it more about the agents job on getting the actor his career. You could also talk about the relationship between them, values the agent has to have, and what they need their clients(the actors) to do to best make it in film or tv.
