The research was based on a small international school in China Shenzhen, of which I am the Education Consultant of the school. Therefore it is a case study. I used a qualitative approach using questionnaires and some interviews (which still need to be transcribed).

my findings
The local staff tend not to be truthful on their questionnaires. The teachers feel that the running of the environment is disorganised, and not supportive. Too many changes and no follow-ups or explanations, the parents have too much say, and the work load is high. team building is not good, and very little money for resources.
