This assignment will be completed in the context of the external organization your team selected in Module 1.
Teams that engage in unfiltered conflict can achieve genuine buy-in around important decisions, even when various members of the team initially disagree. That is because they ensure that all opinions and ideas are put on the table and considered, giving confidence to team members that no stone has been left unturned.
We will focus on Dysfunction 3—Lack of Commitment. Locate a minimum of one (1) resource about this dysfunction. Next, in your own words, write a summary of the resource.
Each summary should be between 50 and 250 words and free from spelling and grammar errors. Be sure to check your resource link to ensure it is valid so your instructor and teammates will be able to access it.
After submitting your resource and summary to the instructor through the online classroom, share your resources and summaries with the team using the team workspace in Canvas and review all of your teammates’ submissions.
All findings will be used for the Team Summary and Conclusion collaborative submission in Module 7. Use The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Participant Workbook (Lencioni, 2007) to assist you with organizing your thoughts and notes for this common dysfunction.
