Does the law code differ based on who you are? What underlying assumptions about justice do you see reflected in these laws?

You are also expected to provide an original thesis statement (not a restatement of the questions) and a clear argument. You are expected to draw on the texts in formulating your response but you are not expected to do additional research online. You may cite outside sources however you like (footnotes, in-text citations), but be consistent with formatting. Turnitin.com is the plagiarism service the University uses, and all submissions are run through this system. Please do not google the questions and then cut and paste answers. I usually catch that even if Turnitin does not. You will fail the assignment and be reported as a cheater.

This is a two-page writing assignment (about 500 words) in response to the questions above. Use a format of double spaced lines, use a 12 point font, and place your name and the week number at the head of the document.
