Before you begin writing your reflection, you should read Chapter 10 in the textbook, focusing on the section Understanding and Influencing Follower Satisfaction.
Then, re-read the Highlight 10.3: The Wall of Shame: The 10 Worst Companies to Work for in the United States section, which is the focus of this reflection.
After reading about the best and worst places to work, reflect on and address the following.
Share one personal experience in school or the workplace where you were unhappy.
Briefly explain what led to your unhappiness and what could have been done to change that feeling.
Select two of the workplaces listed in the “10 Worst Companies to Work for” section and describe, as their new CEO, what your priority would be to change this low rating.
Your reflection should be at least 250 words, and you should provide a complete reference for each source you cite. Remember to check for correct spelling and grammar.
