This is what my professor is asking for:
1. State your company and the industry that your company is a part of.
2. Locate one article that explains the company’s culture/management style. Consider looking for articles that discuss the company’s vision and how it influences their management style.
Locate an Industry Report for your company (use the IBISWorld database).
3. After reviewing the sources that you shared in Question 2, include one strategic recommendation that you have for the company that would improve the company’s competitiveness in the industry. (Hint: In the industry report you locate, look for a section called trends, industry outlook, or competitive landscape to help you develop a recommendation.) Be sure to use in text citations in your paragraphs.
This will be the issue you will be addressing in the main paper trying to improve the company’s performance.
