Discuss the case by presenting a brief (in your own words), the social dynamics during the case, whether or not the media played a large role in public/political pressure, and also why you chose this particular case. The case must be associated with civil liberties. Again, there are several listed in our chapter reading….Be creative and dig deep into researching our nation’s evaluation of civil liberties. Why did this case have an impact?

The case I have selected is the 2010 case of McDonald v. Chicago. The report will need to be specifically about this case and it’s impact on the second amendment.
