Discussion Thread: Doing Quantitative Research

Thinking about the video presentation you watched and the chapters you read in the text (7 – 8) for this module, discuss doing quantitative research in general and survey research in particular. Use the following prompts to guide your post:
• What are the benefits of using/doing survey research and ex-post facto data in completing a quantitative study? What are the weaknesses of using such data?
• What are some of the challenges in doing survey research in general and collecting data through self-report tools in particular?
• How does the conceptual idea of confidence intervals let us know as people of faith how to interact with the world?

DISCUSSION ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Any sources cited must have been published within the last five years, and all references must be formatted in current APA 7th addition Professional Standards, double-spaced. Also, the post must consist of 2 biblical interpretations from the KJV only and 2 from the assigned readings or video transcript, and 1 outside scholarly source.
