You will research the topics within your given chapter.
You will prepare a term paper as such;
You will choose 1 Chapter in our textbook. you will use it as your guide for a 5 to 7 page term paper.
1. 5-7 pages (Title page and reference page ARE included and part of the total page count of 5 to 7)
2. Font size is 12
3. Font is either Times Roman or Tahoma only
4. Double Space
5. APA, this means you have a running head, page numbers and 1″ margins with a reference page.
6. At least 3 outside sources in your reference page. Other books or journal articles or other outside articles.
7. ALL, if any photos such be in the appendix of your paper and shall NOT count as a page for the total number of pages due (5 to 7)
Do not write a paper about the chapter in the book word for word, use the chapter as a guide for your research. Maybe you’ll write about chapter 6, fires in building and you will find sources of information about those fires in building and write about them only after you have read other information about them.
I will run papers through “turn it in.com” Do you own work, do not copy from my book….Tie in current events in your paper is fine.
If you add graphics or photos, add them, but they are not included as the page count of written pages. Think about a topic you want to complete more research on, and how it relates to one of the chapters in our book. Vehicle Fires, maybe you could research new technology, Aircraft fires, research and explore.
Follow these instructions closely class. File uploads only, MUST be a WORD doc., NO PDF files accepted. Failure to complete this paper will affect your grade.
