Evauluating fermentation claim

In this final paper you will write an evaluation of the chosen fermentation claim, using information from at least 5 articles from primary scientific literature (reading from other sources is OK and must be cited but will not count towards the ten from the primary literature) and write a 1500-word scholarly paper.

The paper must include the following:

A title page with the topic of your paper as the title, your name, course and semester.

An abstract, and Key words

An introduction where you present the claim to be evaluated

A methods section where you describe how you evaluated the claim (e.g., if it is health related, ideally search for randomized controlled trials on the fermented product and the claim)

A thorough description of the scholarly evaluation of the claim

Conclusions
